This page explains how to delete your account in the Lamma app (islame YAGOUBI (EI)).
Open Lamma → “My account” → “Delete my account”, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Email contact@lammacartes.com from the address linked to your account, with your nickname and the words “delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
Your account, nickname, email, password, scores and badges, café tokens, gold coins and in-game items. They disappear from backups within 14 days.
Purchase transaction IDs (no bank details) are kept for accounting, as required by law. A Premium subscription on the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled automatically: cancel it in your store settings.
